This 1950s Philco television has been fully rewired for a second life as a cat hotel and litter box enclosure. The original screen opening now holds a lit, upholstered hideaway — a warm accent light glows behind hand-selected vintage floral wallpaper, giving the upper chamber a genuine after-dark glow. Below, a completely enclosed litter box compartment with its own discreet entrance, finished in matching material so the utility of it disappears into the piece.
